Lead vocals and guitar
Originally from New Orleans, John came to LA to record and rock his way around the So Cal club scene with his own lively brand of music. He's performed with The Tribe Band at charity concerts with renowned artists such as David Crosby, Mickey Dolenz, Al Jardine and other members of Brian Wilson's group. He's got his hands on the wheel of the Cadillac but it can be a wild ride!
Bass Guitar and vocals
Jay gives the Caddy a smooth ride with a groove that gets the dancers out of their seats. He's a founding member of Captain Cardiac and the Coronaries, Pacific and The Tribe and has performed steadily across southern California for decades. He's been playing the oldies and classic rock so long he's got high mileage, but very well maintained.
Guitar and vocals
Peter picked up a guitar at the age of 6 and started his first band when he was 11. Over the years he has played and recorded with various artists, bands, and projects from LA to London.
He grew up in Southern Calif. enjoying many musical influences from The Beatles to The Beach Boys. He’s performed locally with Pacific, KYX, Piper
and The Tribe.
His classic guitar playing and vocals keeps the Caddy in fine tune.
Trained in Florida by Buddy Rich's understudy, his work as a studio engineer has provided opportunities to play with Carlos Santana, Greg Lake, John McVie & Spencer Davis. His jazz and rock skills have kept him in demand with a wide variety of groups including Bob's Your Uncle and the Ike Willis Project including former members of Frank Zappa's band. Craig powers The Caddy with solid and steady acceleration.
Percussion and Vocals
A Cleveland native, Al traveled and toured the world but finally settled in Los Angeles and found many musical and acting opportunities. He's toured with The Bonedaddy's, Sugar Ray, Dave Wakeling and many others. In addition to his own band Al.'s Peace playing around LA, he's a member of the charity band The Tribe. Al is what makes the Cadillac special, the top of the line.
Keyboards and Vocals
Tom has been playing professionally since 1965 with legends including Chuck Berry, Buffalo Springfield and Steve Miller. He toured the world for 16 years with The Beach Boys founding member Al Jardine and The Endless Summer Band, featuring Carnie and Wendy Wilson of Wilson-Phillips. All the while, he’s been writing and producing his
own original music and videos. Tom likes to drive the Caddy, so he gets a few turns on lead vocals as well.
Saxophones, Flute and Vocals
This veteran performer is also a Veteran. He's still teaching music and has performed in Jazz and Symphony Orchestras while also playing Las Vegas and Summer Concerts series across California. Now with Shades of Billy - A Billy Joel Tribute, he's been busy with Lil Elmo and the Cosmos, The British Beat, The Tribe and Pacific. You can't beat a Caddy with a horn that's got the sound of his sax.
Trumpet & Trombone
One of Russ's many accomplishments includes an LA City Council honor for performing at Duke Ellington's 100 birthday celebrations. He's been with Buddy Collette, Guitar Shorty and many others. He's also had success with original recordings with two albums of his own that made the Jazz Week Top 50 charts, and performing with Dion Ferris band, reaching #4 on Billboard. Russ and his horns keep the Caddy bright, shiny and polished.
